As you may know, significant changes have recently been implemented regarding the organization of Hajj for UK pilgrims. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has granted authorization to several local companies in Saudi Arabia to manage Hajj arrangements for pilgrims traveling from the UK and other Western nations. This means that prospective pilgrims will need to book their packages through one of these authorized companies via the online portal (Nusuk). Consequently, packages will not be sold or managed directly by any UK-based companies.
To enhance the experience for pilgrims, provide better support, and address issues that have arisen in the past, UK companies will now collaborate with authorized Saudi providers. Their role will mainly focus on promoting packages and offering assistance to pilgrims.
For the past two years, we have successfully partnered with one of the authorized Saudi Hajj providers, Al-Bait Guests, and we are grateful for the positive outcomes of this collaboration, Alhamdulillah! We aim to build on this success and are confident that Hajj 2025 will be not only enjoyable and memorable but also spiritually enriching.
